eZ-Analyst Real-Time Vibration & Acoustic Analysis Software Mechanical engineers and reliability engineers often are responsible for deciding when to repair and refurbish industrial equipment such as mixers, grinders, and pulverizers. eZ-TOMAS Rotating Machine Monitoring & Analysis Software Industrial equipment consists of rotating machinery such as motors, gearboxes, and transmissions. eZ-Balance Machine Balancing Software One of the ways to reduce vibration in rotating machinery is to attach known weights to appropriate locations on the machinery. This technique is similar to placing balance weights on your automotive wheels to eliminate vibration at certain speeds. The challenge is to figure out what weights to use and where to place them. eZ-NDT Resonant Inspection Software IOtech’s eZ-NDT (non-destructive test) systems provide a fast and inexpensive method of 100% inspection of production parts, such as powder metal, ceramics, and composites. eZ-NDT uses acoustic analysis to identify part variations that are caused by process inconsistencies and defects. eZ-NDT systems apply acoustic energy to your part, monitor its acoustic response, and analyze its resonant frequencies. It then compares the results to the acoustic signature of a known-good part stored in its library in less than two seconds, and requires no special tooling, dyes, chemicals, cleaning, magnetization, or expensive visual inspection equipment. Vibration Analysis Systems

600 Series Low-Channel Portable Dynamic Signal Analyzer Many data acquisition systems designed for vibration monitoring and analysis are cost-effective for a large number of input channels, but are too expensive for a small number of channels. The 600 Series of data acquisition hardware is designed to work with one of the eZ-Series software packages to provide a cost-effective system in applications as small as 4 or 5 channels. The 640 and 650 models are targeted for NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) and rotating machinery applications. Each model includes a 24-bit A/D converter per channel and uses either USB or Ethernet communications to transfer data to the PC in real time. ZonicBook/618EHigh-Channel Vibration Analysis and Monitoring The ZonicBook/618E along with eZ-Series software provides a low cost, full-featured vibration monitoring and analysis package. It provides 8 input channels in the base product, but it is expandable up to 56 channels by adding one or more WBK18 modules. The eZ-Series software in the PC defines the specific analysis and monitoring features of the system. Choose the software package most appropriate for your application: eZ-Analyst for multichannel vibration analysis; eZ-TOMAS for rotating machine monitoring or eZ-Balance for machine balancing.
